Where is my phone

I gave my Samsung S4 in for repairs 7 days before my guarantee expired at the Richards Bay branch. This was for a screen repair. I was send a SMS requesting me to payment a amount of R2046.52. There was a cell number with the sms and if you try to phone these people are clueless. The attendant at the Richards Bay is just sending emails to the relevant departments and he also has no answer. This phone was given in just before the strike of if the phoned was delivered late to the repair centre it's not my problem. I need to get my phones asap
