Where is my ****** phone

<p>MTN must be the most useless company Ive ver come across. On the 17th of June my phone fel and cracked . I tried to take it to mtn the following Monday of the 19th to only be told i need to phone the so they collect my phone. I phoned and got the claim form. Completed it on Tuesday and sent the form. 2 days passed and no reasponse so i followed up and was told to pay. of which i did on Thursday and my phone was only collected on Friday the 23rd(look at that waste f a week)</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 5th and im still phoneless. I called them and they said it takes 7 days. We are on the 9th day and no one has even called and apologise for delays. They dont give a temporary phone so I dont know how 1 should be able to cope without a phone for so long.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
