Where is my Honor Smart Watch?

I upgraded in April to a Honor X9C, I was promised a smart phone from Honor, I have been to the branch in Canal walk numerous times to query this, but nothing, I have been with MTN over 20 years and then you get this bad service, MTN - No response Honor - No response BAD SERVICE!!!!
