where is my ****ing phone that i paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the 3rd review on the same matter, bought a prepaid phone on mtn online store and paid with my credit card and not a single person can tell me when delivery will tak eplace its been 3 weeks now!!!!!. WHat the **** is going on!
