Where is my ****ING call back???

It has now been 4promises 5references and a month later and I am still waiting for these people to phone me as they promised. I drove all the way to the head office in the west rand Saturday morning only to find out they are closed. The store consultant said they are open til 12 On Saturdays. I again tried phoning today only to be put on hold by these nitwits and then disconnected. What is wrong with you assholes? I help pay your ****ing salaries you dumb ****s!!!!! If I do not get a call back within 24 hours I WILL open a case of theft, go to the papers, television and and consumer board. I have on numerous occasions tried sorting this out but your service is utter ****!!!!!! WAKE THE **** UP!!!
