Where is my 30 GB?

<p>Told us when we upgraded that we will recieve 30GB to use within a month in 24hours time or sooner.. Now almost 100 hours later.. nothing.. I phoned the call centre who could not assist and said I must contact the branch... Did that and was told it should reflect shortly.. This was 3days ago? Sort this out please</p>
