Where has MTN gone????

Been battling for how long to get through to the call centre on 808. Calls are constantly being dropped when phoning 808 and there is no answer. My voice-mail is not working but can't have it fixed since i need to phone 808.... Is MTN still in business? The walk in stores can't assist since they also have to call 808. This is just pathetic and all I want to do is just cancel my expired contract and port to another provider. MTN you are impeding on my right to move to another provider due the fact that one can only do so by having to phone a non existing call centre. I want this dealt with immediately. <br>
