Where did my money go?

My voice, sms and data on contract was finished, so I purchased R30 voucher on 06/07/2016, I bought sms bundle 50sms for R10. There should have been R20 left, but it was gone. Then on 08/07/2016 I bought a R60 Voucher, I barely used it short call and sms, and there was R50 left, and I checked as I wanted to buy data. Went into the menu's to purchase data and it said there was insuffiecent funds. Where has my money gone? As my data is not permanently on, I switch it on as needed. I don't even use whatsapp. My phone is set so that NO apps can use data, or updates etc. As my husband works with cellular phones. I want to know where my money went to. Going to MTN Kolonnade was useless and a waste of my time. Please investigate and let me know, before I take this further, and to Icasa.
