Where did my airtime top go???

I'm so annoyed with MTN their customer service is poor , since the 10th of February I bought airtime via my banking app I recieved a top message but my balance was not topped up until now I'm waiting on a team leader to call me back. I called the call centre so many times with no help. Where do I go now to demand my airtime ?
