Where are my phones
Upgraded 2 contracts a month ago and still waiting for my phones ????? Despite 3 or 4 [URL Removed] today......nothing ever happens ???<br> <br> A/c Z***

Please accept our apologies for the break down in service at one of our touch points and for any inconvenience caused rest assured it was not our intention to dissatisfy you in any way.
The upgrade was not processed on the system, however you can visit any MTN store with the Company documents and apply for an upgrade.
