WHEN WILL THE CONSULTANTS GO TO TRAINING

I have been constantly calling MTN about money disappearing from my phone and I never found any pleasure but today was the worst 26/10/2017 I spoke to Phindile that guy is unprofessional and he spoke to me as if he was speaking to a long term friend. I was so surprised that he went as far as telling me he is human as if I didn't know that. Phindile does not belong in a call centre and you guys need to make a plan with that guy. I hope next time I call MTN I never speak to Phindile again.
