when will it end

I cannot understand, WHY, after almost two years, I am still receiving calls from a law firm stating that I owe almost r2000 on a contract which I cancelled. this is the third time I'm reporting this and I was reassured that the matter was sorted out. you guys are ***********. MTN is the worst network ever. and I'll make sure everyone knows that. highly disappointed.
