When MTN thinks you are stupid

I unfortunately took out a black Friday deal with these idiots. It was on a 10 Gig contract tgat equated to 50 gigs per month. 30 day and 20 night. They have now been overcharging me. This is their response... Please note that your invoice dated 2018-01-11 for the numb totalled to R659.33 due additional data usage charges of R360.33.

Please note that you are on a My MTNChoice 10GB contract, which works similar to an open line if there is no usage limit set by the subscriber.

How is it possible to use 50 Gigs in a month without video downloading? I also have a Vodacom contract that has 10 gigs. I use more of that contract than the MTN one due to the signal, so how is that possible?

I want this contract terminated as this is not what I signed up for. If it takes 3 months for you to resolve it, it's a problem. I was considering moving from Vodacom to MTN. After this, I might as well not.

I signed up for a black Friday deal, that was only processed in December. Is this how you dupe your clients??? **** a backlog and load them onto a normal open line contract???
