When is my phone being delivered

Hello MTN,<br> <br> I am once again writing to to find out when my phone is going to be returned. My emails bounce constantly and your call centre doesn't work.<br> <br> I paid the excess for my claim on 13 October and have heard nothing since. Can you please let me know when I am going to get my phone back as it has been 4 weeks since the courier picked my phone up. Not to mention the fact that this whole claim process has been going on since July!
