When I went to ghandi square I had a bad service, I was doing a phone upgrade and I was told that everything was okay, I will collect the phone Saturday but I never received their call and I stay far to he going up and down I was supposed to be told the truth unlike what they did. I only found out when I called mtn customer service that I needed to submit some documents while they didn't tell me. I don't know if this is how they treat customers by making them fools, the guy did show that he didn't want to help me because he said the phone was not there but when I asked where can I go? they said the phone was there, am I a stupid to be played like that.
