When did MTN become this bad?

Without notifying me MTN went and suspended my number. I mean hard locked. While trying to call a client of mine, I realised that my service has been suspended as the voice message says "service suspended" after 14 calls made in 7 days between their ***** and Customer Care no one can tell me whats wrong or which department is to deal with it.

After being promised a call back by their supervisor Thabang from Customer. None of that happened.

By-the-way this is a prepaid number. No contract.
