when am i getting my refund, this is long over due now, I took my phone in 4 times, and MTN/Samsung failed to fix it, I need to be refunded.. SM-A7000FZWAXFM

Kindly note handset is assessed by MTN Repairs who will advise if the warranty is approved or not. We have requested the team to prioritize the matter , and contact you as soon as assessment s complete. If warranty is approved you will be provided with a reference number to visit the store for a refund. Kagiso is now quiet on me.

Alice I delt with you within this year and I am still having the same problem, when I got that phone back it worked for 2 days, I just put it in the drawer coz I was tired of fighting, but I want my money bck.
