Whatsapp using my airtime instead of Social Bundles

I have been trying to get help from MTN contact center since last night. My airtime has been disappearing since every time I log on to Whatsapp.

This is the second time this has been happening and the last time they were able to assist me but this time around no one seems to understand what I am talking about. I am so frustrated as this is costing me airtime. and they don't even seem to care or assist.

Thank you for the response. I spoke to a lady by the name of Curtley and she was the only person that actually took time to listen and understand my issue. I am grateful for her assistance.
