The agent for coverage only phone you to say he will investigate and come back to you. he does not. BOVERN tel ********** was supposed to have come back to me on 20/03/2018 - 4 days ago. So I am correct saying WHAT"S THE USE MTN ? since 13 March YOU DON"T EVEN KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING I N Y O U R O W N N E T W O R K not to mention your staff's actions. Does the managers of coverage not follow up on their instructions?
