WHAT WAS THE POINT MTN???

<p>I ordered my phone online and took out a Contract through MTN, getting the contract approved and getting the phone delivered was the easy part!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told to give in a copy of my ID and proof of residence in order for them to RICA my sim card.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I get a wonderful surprise that I now need to go into a MTN shop to have my phone RICA'd becuase it has been RICA Barred???</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT WAS THE POINT OF PRINTING MY STUFF AND GIVING IT TO THE DELIVERY PEOPLE????</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW I had to get passed from pillar to post through the call center, with several people telling me they cant unbar a sim and another saying its not their department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my SIM card activated...I want it UNBARRED. NOW.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im too scared to think of what the service will be like later down the line!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Come on MTN you can do better than this.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
