What was actually wrong with my phone???

<p>Dear MTN,</p> <p>I have previously logged complaints about you not wanting to return my phone without paying the quote rejection fee. I have received my phone. </p> <p>What you failed to advise during the whole debacle was what was actually wrong with the phone!</p> <p>You were happy to charge me R 6,700.00 to repair it but never mentioned what the issue was.</p> <p>i would like to know what the problem is please.</p>
