WHAT THE ACTUAL F***!!!!?????!!!!!

<p>On 5 May 2017, SOMEONE ELSE opened three new cellphone contracts on MY ID NUMBER, MY NAME AND USED MY BANKING DETAILS, I was not informed of this until 1 JULY 2017. The consultant informed me to send her an affidavit, certified copy of my ID and my bank statements to show the amounts that were deducted. I did so on 7 July 2017 and have not received ANY response whatsoever. I was just on the phone for 26 MINUTES and spoke to 5 DIFFERENT people and NOT 1 could assist me, because NOTHING was added onto the account stating that it is a ********** account!! MTN is THE MOST PATHETIC and USELESS company I've ever come across!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The consultant I spoke to lastly, told me that she'll send an email to the original person whom I sent the documentation to, whoop doody doo what the **** is another email going to help if they didn't even respond to the previous ones I've sent a week ago????????? Now I must follow up again in 48 hours if I've not heard anything as yet??????????? This is absolute BULL****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am the victim here and I am being treated like a ****ing idiot because nobody understands the basics: ACCOUNTS WERE OPENED ON MY NAME WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate MTN and wish to never in my life have anything to do with them again after this mess is resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They better ****ing fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
