What Supersonic keeps telling us

Hello we are receiving internet from Supersonic who is a MTN business. Now Supersonic constantly tell us the MTN towers in Bethal Mpumalanga area is "down" which has been going on since last Friday and every time we report our problem they say they have notified the MTN coverage team to see to the problem but no improvement have been made in our internet speed what so ever, So MTN can you please tell me what is the so called problem with the towers in our area that is constantly "down" so please maybe you should start doing proper maintenance
