What service provider??!!

Have such a long list of complaints that cant all be listed here but will try to stick to 1 for now. All I'm asking and all I've been asking is to PLEASE STOP SENDING ME SPAM MESSAGES! My contract ended last month already and I asked in store for them to take me off their promotional database but till now I keep getting these ridiculous sms's all day everyday! I've phoned hundreds of times and asked to please stop these sms's they've supposedly escalated the matter and then they all say it'll take 24hrs to to work... 3 weeks later I still get up to 12 sms's a day that means absolutely nothing to me! What else do I need to do to get some sort of help from you. YOU BEING MTN!! I do not need to be spammed like this. every single number I was given and told to either call or follow instructions DOES NOT WORK!!! Please do something about this!?? Your so called technical support number doesnt work and even when 1 of your customer care people \puts me through directly"it cuts off immediately. I've even got hung up on 3 times as soon as I mentioned I do not want to be spammed anymore. The amount of complaints people have filed against you clearly means you arent doing anything right!"""
