Compared to what I have to say about Mtn there is far worse complaints on HelloPeter. Never the less. Applying for any credit/contracts opens one up to delving into one's personal life. Which of course is blessed by one's consent. Going through the normal ritual of poking and probing you are congratulated with your brand new contract which you qualified for. Mmmmh. Not forgetting that this will cost you for the next two to three years a bunch of your hard earned cash. Back to the story. So I qualify and an order is placed for stock. 3 days and then 6 days later no response from the retail store I visit said store and are informed that my order was placed the day before. And another week of waiting for my handset lays before me. Walking out the store disappointed I pass three four other Telecoms service providers. Simply, why did I choose Mtn in the first place. Advertising stock which you don't have SIR is misleading. A lie really. Should you wish to part me from my hard earned cash to fill your coffers you will need to change the way you do business. I might just stroll into the next best shop... As you have nothing I need...
