What service?

My father passed away before Christmas. Ever since I am struggling to get the contract canselled after submitting all the required documents at the MTN store at Qwagga centre a week ago. So up until now I am getting the run arround of what to do and getting put through from one department to another. This is by far the worst service received from an ISP and highly doubt that I will ever do business with MTN ever again. And now you want us to return a dead mans phone to the store to hand to another customer.. Really?
