What on earth is happening with MTN customer service ?

I'm just not happy with MTN this days when I buy airtime half of it is gone for no good reason. their self-service is not working. no more option to be transferred to a call Centre agent. why must I pay more than what I planned? Why must my airtime disappear before I can even make a call. I know very well that I did no subscribe to anything. I even checked on *155# nothing. MTN your service is now horrible beyond recognition. I’ve been using MTN for years more than 15 years I’ve never been so unhappy with MTN. What is happening?
