What more do i need to do to get a response ????????????????/

<p>We having been trying to port a number going on almost three weeks now. FNB have put the request through to MTN 4 times and they just ignore it. I have complained on Twitter and just get told to send a DM wich i do 3 times and MTN dont even bother responding. What do you actually need to do to get some sort of response or service out of MTN ????????? It is fustrating and totally unacceptable service. Is it that difficult to assist customers ?</p>
