WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEM
For the past 3 months they keep suspending my account when I pay on time via EFT in fact even earlier than it is due. Now I get some type of letter they want to cancel my whole contract WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEM. I just phoned them again and act as if no issue.
