What is this companies purpose

You have one job, as a telecomunications company, deliver connectivity through telecomunications to all who choose to pay the amounts you ask. In order to keep these people you have to make sure that the service that they pay for is delivered, and if a problem should arise you should use the platforms you have to communicate with your clients, because without the money they supply you are just going to see a decrease in turnover as well as clientele. You are a company worth 15 billion dollars, yet you lack the structure to have someone who is on the ball when it comes to these situations. Today in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Durban people have had absolutley NO connectivity, afrer searching and calling for hours i found that you will be implementing a new sim swop system, great stuff, but is that the cause of whats happening today, and if so maybe a warning to youre clientele would be the correct and most sufficient course of action. I will no longer be using MTN so good luck with whatever you are trying to achieve.
