What is the point MTN

I subscribed to a new WiFi month to month contract, I am so frustrated not sure how this can be so true that MTN takes 72 hours to Rica my SIM card for the WiFi, no number in the package so I can't Rica myself... I need the WiFi for my company at home and now there is just nothing. The driver who delivered was rude it it has been 48 hours and still waiting to be contacted or connected. Sent numerous emails to complaints just nothing called the call centre and also no help what is the point in having WiFi and this is what happens
