What is MTN's Report Coverage Issues Web Page For?

I get practically no data signal in my office in SANDTON (yes, Sandton, the financial hub of South Africa, not some empty Northern Cape town). I have a view over Grayston Drive from my Office, yet, for large parts of EVERY DAY, I cannot even load a single image on Twitter or send/receive WhatsApp messages live.

I have logged repeated requests to MTN's Report Coverage Issues web page over the last few months (at least 6 months, if I remember correctly).

After the first query logged I received a phone call asking about it, and I stated that I barely get any signal at all, to which the MTN staff member rep**** that he will follow up and call me back. Never received any call-back again, and this was months ago.

I have since logged about 10 queries on MTN's Report Coverage Issues web page, with not as much as a whimper in response. NOTHING.

I'm not asking for anything other than MTN merely enabling me to use their data in SANDTON!
