What is happening to my contract minutes and airtime.

Hi there,

I just loaded airtime and immediately got a reduction of R35.00 cause of a subscription not known to me. I will never subscribe to anything, so I want my money back from you.

My airtime is money, which means someone passed a debit off my account without my acknowledgement and since well you are the service provided handling my money, it is only fair you pay me back.

Also, just to let you know all the minutes I purchases and given on contract which turn to disappear (a 20 sec call then I loss 1 minute). Yes I have been noticing it, so I believe it is time you pay back what is due to.
