what is happending
i am supposed to have BIS and uncapped internet access with my black berry contract? but i have no network and everything else is not working? But im expected to pay R340 per month?? for what??<br>

Kindly note that BIS is an Internet gateway provided by RIM to blackberry users, however this was not offered for the Blackberry devices running OS10.
Depending on the package that you have, you may load a data bundle which would assist in minimizing your data costs.
