What is going on with my order.

The service has been absolutely appalling. Firstly, I am unable to track my order online. Secondly when I call into 082135. None of the consultants are able to assist with telling me ANYTHING about my order. Customer care cannot tell me when device I am approved for. Sales agents are cutting my calls. How is it possible that no one can tell me anything about an order. I am an existing customer with MTN and honestly this process is tedious.
