What is going on
What da hell is going on with MTN. We made a payment on the 27th (like every month) then we get a sms saying that if we do not pay we are going to be suspended. We have bee trying to phone 808 since Wednesday. No luck! Then i try to rent a movie and the sms does not want to go. I try to phone DSTv but mtn say that i do not have airtime, but i do have, wheb you phone the callcentre you do not get any joy. Striking mtn employees is not an excuse! Mtn is a huge company how da hell does this happen? Pathetic! I have 4 mtn accounts i will be closing them. MTN wake up you loosing customers with this damn stupid strike! Nothing at the call centre is working.

Thank you for posting.
I do know how frustrating this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there are delays in our customer touch points.
Our records show that the services on your lines have been restored.
I hope the above is in order and would once again like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Regards
Jean
