What has happened with the Groenfontien Tower

MTN upgraded the tower in the Groenfontien, Calitzdorp area and now the data has become almost useless. MTN, everyone relies on that tower for all their Data and internet services, what have you done. Just trying to find someone to talk to about it is impossible
