What happened to my Roaming?

I have traveled regularly overseas with international roaming - on my current trip I have arrived in Thailand and Dubai with no cellphone service - and no way to contact my service provider. Fortunately a colleague contacted Altech Autopage but after a full day - the only news I can get is that something went wrong when my last contract was upgraded..... nothing I can do from Thailand, but sitting here with no phone. Extremely frustrating.<br>
