What happened to my credit?
I had accumulated hundreds of rands in my account but suddenly there is nothing left. Did MTN ***** my money?

Kindly be advised that the system shows that the 150MB data bundle depleted and you were then charged for internet usage from your airtime balance. Please be advised that besides internet browsing on your handset, you can also generate charges via upgrading and automatic running of data applications. Also ensure that you avoid having multiple internet pages opened. If you are not using the internet, you can disable the internet function under settings then cellular and disable cellular data to save your data bundles and airtime from being used up.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
