What happened to customer consent if MTN is going to solely decide what it does with Airtime I bought

<p>If the is one feature deliberately done is MTN reserving airtime for data. If I need data I will buy some don’t automatically assume that I need some of my airtime reserved for data use. Guess what the MTN agent told me as a solution “switch your phone on and off” …… will I even think of that in an emergency while knowing very well that I have airtime but for me to use it I will have to 1. Turn off data 2. Switch the phone off and on again or retsart it 3. Then make a life or death emergency call!!!!!</p>
