What great service

Log a ***** as instructed by several MTN agents,several weeks later it is still not sorted.A contract that was opened by one of their consultants that I am getting charged for.They telling me to terminate, I will need to pay and when I reverse the debit order,they suspend a block my number.It must be nice being this big companies that are messing up our credit score,when that is the one thing we have to build with.I am beyond ****ed
