What For
Ok so the network were down than you rewarded us with 1GB for 1 hour that we still couldn't use cause the network is off again!!!! What is happening

We have noted that you activated the 1GB Rush Hour bundle on 2016-02-19 at 06:15AM and the remaining balance is 1017.0 MB (0.99GB). Our support team is investigating the matter for customers who were not able to utilise the data bundle within the hour after being activated, we will revert to you with feedback.
We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us.
