What else can you expect from greedy MTN

The award for pathetic customer services and gross incompetence goes to none other but MTN. On 19 November 2024 I visited an MTN store and spent almost an hour on the phone from the store being transferred to 3 different departments to settle my account and convert my number to prepaid. After much frustration and making the payment I was assured that the account will be cancelled and number converted to prepaid in 3 days. On 22 November 2024 I visited the same store again to follow up just to be told that the ticket to convert the number for some unknown reason was cancelled and bogroll was done. A new request was then submitted by the store. HOW ANNIOYING I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE ONLY BAD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT YOYR LOUSY LAZY PEOPLE WHO THINKS NOTHING OF CUSTOMERS
