what do you mean I can't upgrade????

<p>Was offered an upgrade a few months ago - i decided i did not want a new handset as i was not ready to choose another phone and asked for a continuation of my sim contract without a handset. I have now decided that i would like a particular handset - and was told i cannot get one as i am locked into a 24 month sim only contract!!! and will need to take out another contract. </p> <p>quite frankly i am so p*ssed off with MTN. they cant do anything right. being a loyal customer for almost 10 years means nothing! to think all i want to do is give you more of my money - and you are useless even then!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
