WHAT customer Service?

I booked in My iPhone 11 that is less than 6 months old in for repairs. It is more than a month later and I have still not received any feedback or update whatsoever. Despite calling the store multiple times. Upon calling MTN Customer Car eI am told that they cannot do anything for me as the RMA number was is not specified on the book in form issued by the MTN store. I suppose this is me out of a brand new iPhone! Thank you MTN!!!
