what customer service

according to the branch , the reason why i cannot call mtn when i have a contractual issie is because the call centre has blocked my 3 contract numbers from reaching the call centre - the branch did a request on the 19th of december 2014 requesting an unblocking of the block - to no avail .. there fore everytime i have a query i have to go into a store and they tell me to call the call centre - go figure - so i gave the consultant in the store and told them to phone which they couldnt do .<br> <br> <br> please advise -
