What an unpleasant service i received from MTN!!!

I logged a query with mtn last week Thursday to allocate funds ro my momo account and i was told turn around time is 72hrs. Till today i haven't received my money, instead i was told that the money has been allocated but till now there's no money in my account. When i call nobody knows anything as to when i will receive my funds, the last consultant i spoke to, i asked how long must i wait for and she said she doesn't know. When i ask to speak to the manager, no manager is available and they keep sending me from pillar to post. I've been their customer for more than 10yrs now but i feel not valued at all. I'm so frustrated and i need my money now!!!
