What an ***********!!!

I called MTN (call ref ***1) because I received SMS notification that a 1 GIG data bundle that I bought on Monday 20 July 2015 was expiring on the 24th July 2015. I thought this was not fair. Tamara made me hold for 15 minutes and then came back to me with nothing. Instead only after making me hold for 15 minutes did she ask me the standard questions and I had to retell her the story. She told me her \system"did not show her any such notification but she could not guarantee my data. the *********** doesn't even undrstatnd the difference between a gig and a megabite. I asked for her surname but she refused stating security reasons"
