What a terrible network and company

MTN did not debit their monthly amount for a phone contract and they blamed me for it. They stated that I rejected the debit order while evidence from my bank indicate otherwise. They have billed me for an early termination fee plus amount in areas while I have stated that I am not terminating. I asked if I can pay the full outstanding amount (early termination fee+ outstanding in areas), does that mean the contract is terminated, they say that’s not the case. They don’t send an invoice, so I don’t know how much I’m left.
