What a **** claiming top network. Wake up

Wow the top network in south africa, i suppose the bribe must be heavy to claim that. I ordered a cell phone contract from mondo's on the 19th of November 2021 and after everything was done and approved on the 19th early morning around 10am the phone would have been delivered between 2 and 10 working days. After that i continued receiving calls offering more products which i am now so happy that i declined it because yesterday that was the 3rd of December 11 working days later, i contacted them to find out what is happening, they informed me that MTN is behind releasing stock and that MTN has not released it yet and that i have to wait another 7 to 10 working days. You are f kidding right. What if i must pay my bills and tell you after the end of the month wait 2 more weeks, you would jam my name so fast on the black list and cut my line not even speedy conzales will see it coming that is how fast you are to damage clients names. The poor lady trying to explain and defend the company name. Sorry i cancelled. Thank you vodacom for rendering a service from online application to delivery in 3 days. You are great. MTN is not even close to being the top network. It is a disgrace to even try and claim that position. Client service is supposed to be in the top line, not paying someone to get a position. Sorry new south africa no service just claim position by payment. Wake up het real.
